My students say they feel radiant and more connected to their body after attending a class with me. I invite everyone to come just as they are – no pressure to show up on your mat any other way than how you are. With a calm presence and down-to-earthy style, I weave together yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, and alignment while connecting the practice on the mat to life off the mat. You can expect detailed alignment cues that encourage breath initiated movement. Laughter is always welcomed!
I’m here to do two things: share and support. I share how the daily practices of Ayurveda, yoga asana, and meditation have helped me shift into a more conscious, vibrant, and easeful relationship to life and am here to support anyone who is ready to do the same. Honest and nurturing, I create safe, supportive, and healing communities that activate deep change. My approach is super practical and genuine. In other words, I like to keep it real. 😉
